  3. When the iPad goes from landscape to portrait or the other way around it deletes the notes and mark-ups. This happens a lot with our providers.

  4. Ability to customize the length of time a client has not been back in for them to receive their Reminder to Book or Fill Slow Days email campaign to go beyond 'haven't visited in last 30 days' and/or 'don't have an appointment in the next 7 days'.

  6. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  7. Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

  9. When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

  11. Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

  12. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  13. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  14. Now that we're required to enter a reason why a membership is being canceled, we need to be able to report on this data to understand the most common reasons why clients cancel memberships and track them over time.

  15. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  19. Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!
