'Search for Service' Report
A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

One Unique Email Address Per Customer
Right now, there are three cases that cause a lot of confusion internally.
- Email addresses are not required for profiles
- Multiple profiles with the same email address can be created
- Case sensitivity in emails (which doesn't exist on any other platform), which means chris@ is considered different from Chris@8 votes -
Refunds Only Report
The business would like to be able to run reporting specifically on refunds. Currently you can see payments and refunds together but there is no way to separate the two. You can also run a Daily Summary and filter to view only refunds but all orders still show just as $0.00 for the refund. They want to see a list of only refunded orders.

Disable service(s) if it should not pair with another chosen service
In the Service Profile, we would like to indicate whether or not this service is able to be paired with other services within the same appointment.
Example: You should not receive ___if you are also receiving ___.

The ability to turn off resources
We would like to be able to turn off resource view completely when we don't need to see them. It is very confusing when they pop up randomly!

Don't show service providers in online booking if they are not scheduled and don't have open books
We have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. This gives the client a false sense of hope, and they will add themselves…

Include "Book Now" Option via Duo App to Open Booking Widget for Self Checkin
The ability for clients who walk-in to have the option to book their next appointment via the Booking Widget in the Duo App on iPad.
Context: Client walks into business, there is no availability and the client cannot wait for a walk-in appointment. The client would like to book for a future date so instead of "Check-In" or "Walk-In", there is a third option to "Book Appointment" which opens the business's Booking Widget.
This would be great for all businesses, especially those with deskless models, for a complete client experience engaged in the Duo App.

Automated cancellation of past due memberships
It would be great if we could have an option to say "Memberships automatically cancel after being unpaid for X days or months" We would definitely want this to be a customizable setting, perhaps even on the location level, but it would help has from ending up with 100s of past due memberships on our books

simpler receipt printing
I'm hoping to make receipt printing a little easier, by being able to set up printer settings separately so when clicking on "print receipt" user isn't prompted to select each settings every time and the receipt just automatically prints out.

More ability to segment clients.
Since we have been limited to only eblast only those who have been in the last 24 months, give us more ability to segment the client list. For example those who had a particular procedure or came in a certain time.

Give us the ability to set parameters on forms.
Right now everyone one gets forms attached to every appointment. Clients are annoyed they feel like the have to fill them out every time they come in. The system should know if we are adding a brand new client and booking an appointment then the new client should get forms. The settings need to be for NEW clients, not every appointment.
