In Service Set up, we should be able to assign Pre and Post messages to be automatically sent out.
In Email together as an overview-which we use a form for currently but once they close/complete the form, they cannot view it again.
Text Pre a selected number of days before and Post sends out at checkout. A lot of other programs have this option, it should be included with this one, especially with how much more expensive this one is

AGREE!!! I have to go through every package purchased and remove points! It's ANNOYING!!!!! I even have it set up that services don't recieve points, so why would service vouchers recieve points??? I could understand if it was a Retail Package but that is not the set up of these packages. If you assign Account Credit to the package to include retail purchase allowance (x number of facials and $$x in retail) the account credit is not subtracted from the purchases price of the package! So what you have figured as a $1000 package= $400 in Products and $600 in Services for 6 services should be $100 a service not $166. It makes you lose that $400 intended for product purchases from account credit and if you discounted your services for the package, you're out even more....unless you make a specific service for that package and include a product charge for the $66 to keep from losing out but that makes it confusing for clients. I think I'm going to have to sell 2 different packages to fix this.

I would like packages seperated from Products in Reports. I would also Like to be able to turn off earning Loyalty Points on Packages since I don't have them on for services, retail only, Clients should only earn when there is an acutal product invovled!
