    Key Information Included in Daily Reminder:

    Staff Start Time: A clear reminder of the individual's scheduled start time for the day.

    Daily Appointment Schedule: A concise list of all confirmed appointments assigned to the provider/staff member for the day, including:

    Guest Name

    Appointment Time

    Service Type

    Duration

    (Optional) Notes related to the appointment (e.g., special requests noted during booking).

    Projected Daily Sales: An estimated total sales figure for the provider/staff member based on their booked appointments for the day (calculated using service pricing and any pre-paid amounts where feasible).

    Dynamic Schedule Adjustments:

    The system will automatically incorporate any last-minute schedule changes or guest accommodations made prior to the reminder send time.

    Reminders reflect the most current, confirmed schedule at the moment of dispatch.
