An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedThis has recently started happening to me too. It is weird that I can type "John Smith" and nothing shows up, but "John S" will show all of the John Smith profiles.
But sometimes nothing will work to bring up their second profile. You can see it in the clients tab, but cannot find it to merge them.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWhen scheduling from the dashboard. If you select a time on the calendar to book and choose "first available" for a resource, then click the time in a providers book, the system will 100% of the time choose a resource that is not available before one that is available.
It also will not keep the selection if you drag the resource appointment to an available room, it will move it back to the occupied one when you click "save".
Searching for an appointment works for finding available resources, but it doesn't always work for our booking (sometimes we are intentionally booking over a time block, or changing the order of appointments, etc...)
Ben Stevens supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWhen scheduling from the calendar (clicking on an opening with a provider) the service has an option to choose "first Available" resource. 99% of the time Boulevard chooses a resource that is booked and double books it (without any warnings or fanfare)
When searching using the New Appointment button this doesn't happen.

We have had children accidentally schedule under a deceased parent's account on accident and it is always weird to see it in the schedule. A way to archive, deactivate, or delete the profile would be super helpful!
