    I would love for every appointment to have a management only option to choose if commission is paid or not (Default to yes, but manager can change after checkout). This would help in these situations, as well as some other edge cases.

    I agree that this should not count as an appointment or service client in reporting.

    Handling of resources is just a mess all around. Moving an appointment can lose resources, rebooking from the checkout window doesn't always keep resources, and the system does not retain your choice when you manually select a resource on the calendar, you always have to go back and change it after booking the appointment. Please work on all things resources!

    I would love the ability to set a "macro" on any report to run the report for a timeframe and email to a specific person. So I can have a business overview each day, but could customize a staff performance report for each service provider to go out with their specific details.
