I would love the ability to set a "macro" on any report to run the report for a timeframe and email to a specific person. So I can have a business overview each day, but could customize a staff performance report for each service provider to go out with their specific details.

Adding the description to the Service Records report would be a short term stop gap. We could then format the information to get it in a good printable format. (honestly not sure why some details are just not available in custom reports, they don't seem as customizable as they should be)

Handling of resources is just a mess all around. Moving an appointment can lose resources, rebooking from the checkout window doesn't always keep resources, and the system does not retain your choice when you manually select a resource on the calendar, you always have to go back and change it after booking the appointment. Please work on all things resources!
