  1. being able to see/test changes our team makes before they are officially live for customers. For example, if we change the order of some of the pages or change some of the copy, would we be able to test it internally before the changes appear on the customer side?

  2. Clients should have the ability to translate the english versions of our forms, notes and online services/scheduling to their language. The language barrier is a major hurdle. This could not only benefit each boulevard user but could also benefit boulevard as a whole.

  3. Be able to check out a service to redeem a voucher which was previously entered incorrectly without having to create an appointment. For accounting purposes, it is better to handle it this way than to just VOID a voucher bc there is no tracking rhyme or reason on why vouchers were adjusted.

    OR

    Create a required reason for a voucher adjustment which can be seen when auditing a client's account.

  9. Our providers would appreciate it if there was a way to send them an alert or notification if a client changes their appointment time same-day or cancels. When our front desk staff works to optimize the schedule, appointments are sometimes moved. Providers would appreciate an extra notification if this happens! :)

  10. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  11. For example we prefer the term "enhancements" vs "add ons" and many of our clients get very confused by the "group appointments" option. We wish we could customize what is used there as well as the descriptions.

  13. Customizable packages to accommodate annual voucher sales so that clients can choose which services they would like to purchase and how many of each service. It would be helpful to have it set up so that when they redeem the service, it is accounted for as a payment type and does not alter the dollar amount of the service, so that commission is still paid out accordingly.

  14. I would love the ability to create pre-treatment time (e.g., numbing) that is part of the patient’s appointment but does not block the provider’s schedule.
    For example:
    A patient books Sculptra from 10:00–11:30.
    From 10:00–10:30, the patient is numbing in the treatment room, but the injector is not needed yet.
    The injector should remain available to see another patient until 10:30, when the injection portion begins.
    Right now, if I build numbing into the service duration, the provider is blocked unnecessarily. If I split numbing into a separate service, patients can’t easily book both online in one step.

  15. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  16. I need to be able to add products my client is purchasing while I am in their appointment screen. It only allows it at check out and providers do not check out the clients in or rooms- they are sent to the front desk. Commissions are tied to the products and providers need to add them to the client appointment before sending them out to the lobby for check out. Thanks!

  17. When walk-in clients check in on the iPad, it should automatically pull their info if they've been to the salon before. It shouldn't make them enter in their email or name every single time they walk in. We should also be able to determine what data we want from the customer. Maybe email isn't something we want.

  19. We’d love to see Boulevard support splitting a single service across two providers, either simultaneously or in a staggered sequence.

    Example Use Case:
    • Service: Leave Out Sew-In (total duration: 4 hrs)
    • Stylist #1 (First 2 hrs): Performs wash, treatment, blowout, and foundation braids
    • Stylist #2 (Final 2 hrs): Installs extensions and finishes styling

    This setup allows us to maximize team efficiency, keep bookings accurate, and provide a seamless experience for the guest — but currently, Boulevard only allows one provider per service.

  20. We would like an option to toggle the calendar view for resources. Currently, if no resources are selected in the Calendar view and you select an applicable service - a resource is then added back to the calendar view.
