  2. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  3. Once a client has filled out a consent form, they should be able to view/ have access to the form for liability reasons. to email them a copy of the form we currently have to save as a PDF then email it on a separate tab, it would be a lot easier to email it directly from the boulevard website.

  4. Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

  5. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  8. when someone is scheduling online, it would be helpful to have the eligible add-ons for the service they're booking shown so they can easily schedule it along with the base service. most people aren't going to go into a separate "add-ons" column if they're wanting additional services done at the same time

When looking at Membership perks on the client end they cannot see the discounts they got on tox and fillers- currently this section does not show the option for discounts of dollar amounts on toxins and fillers (due to the way Boulevard is set up) I want the option for clients to see those discounts in the membership benefits section after purchasing, and not just under the description clients only see when purchasing

  11. Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.

    I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

    If we were able to use google tag manager within the booking widget, I can set up tracking for all channels.

  12. Customers who book an appointment using a promo code under valid circumstances, are able to reschedule to another day outside of the parameters of the promo and it's still showing up as valid.

    The Idea: Anytime someone reshcedules to a timeframe that is not within the guidelines of the set parameters of that promo offer are notified during rescheduling that the code is NOT offered during that time.

  13. With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.

I often have staff members including myself, where we want any clients that are currently coming to us to be able to book online, but they don't want new clients that they have never seen before. Either there could be a button where you turn on or off for each staff memeber, or create a way for staff to pick a list of clients they will allow to book online.

  19. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  20. When appointments are scheduled and you have modified the time durations, it's very frustrating that if you adjust times or clinician, it changes the appointment duration back to the default, so you have to go back and correct it again. UGH!
