We are a soap notes required biz.
We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.9 votes -
filter for unassigned product sales under the sales tab
simple filter under the sales tab so you can see any products or services sold without being assigned to a service provider. 3 times now a stylist sold a product but it was not assigned to them and commission was not given to them.

Custom Automated Email Campaigns
To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

Sync BLVD Product Adds to Shopify
MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

Deleting the "book next appt" button in emailed receipt if you don't offer on-line booking
In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

Voice to text - especially in the chat feature
Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

We should have the ability to have different quantities of products between multiple locations so all the inventory across our business is in sync.

Duplication of elements on forms right where you are
Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

Ability to use voucher from mobile app
Ability to see and redeem voucher from mobile application during checkout. Currently you cannot see a voucher even exists and could accidentally charge someone who has a voucher which results in a poor client experience.

Allow manual double booking by stylist over already booked time slots/personal time blocks
Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Needs much more flexibility for adding multiple appts or tasks rather than having to go…
