  1. Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

  2. PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

  3. We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

  5. Ability to set up an alert to a specific email address when a new appointment is booked by a certain client. The use case is for location managers to receive an advanced alert when a VIP client books an appointment to prepare their staff and salon.

  7. Our nail salon needs services to happen simultaneously so people can get their manicures and pedicures at the same time instead of back to back. The only way for clients to book this way online is through the Group appointment link, however since it is only themselves it’s not obvious enough and they book an individual appointment. Please allow us to change “group” to “multiple” and it should help this issue significantly!

  13. We have clients fill out paper forms for follow ups, etc. We need to be able to scan these documents and add them to their visit (where Charts & Forms show up). We like the paper check lists, not interested in making these digital as they help us with in-clinic patient flow.

  18. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  19. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.
