Reviews should be first for google reviews, and second for boulevard.
When a client is prompted to leave a review after receiving service, if they choose a 5 star review, automatically take them to google to leave their review. Google reviews are much more valuable to our business. Also, allow the business to choose if only 5 star reviews automatically go to google reviews, or 4 stars as well. Anything below 5 stars (or as set by the business) should go to the boulevard review for feedback. We are getting many boulevard reviews and almost zero google reviews from your service. Should be the other way around to benefit us. Thanks!

Need options to either publish ratings as Google reviews or give a direct option for clients to leave a Google review. After attending recent medical conferences there was a focus on Google reviews and many other platforms are allowing direct option to leave or publish Google reviews.

This change is critical for our business growth. Please add this function or at the very least give us the ability to send a text message to them with a hyperlink to our google review page. Especially in the world of AI, it is essential to have these reviews be on google. Thank you

Agreed with the other comments here, this change is critical to our business. The 5 star reviews we have in Boulevard mean absolutely nothing if they aren't viewed publicly. We already know we provide a great service, we need prospective clients to know that and the proof is in the reviews.
We're going to tell our clients to make reviews directly through google and stop pushing the automatic review text in Boulevard if this doesn't change.

I agree with everything being said. The endless 5 star reviews on Boulevard mean nothing. Nobody completes the extra step to provide the Google Review. They all quit after the first review (I don't blame them). I want ALL of the reviews to be public on google. I understand the thought process... Provide a place for unhappy people to vent privately first. However, I've never even seen a negative review on Boulevard! The precaution is not worth it. Please allow us to choose google reviews first!

This needs to be the absolute priority. we need to be able to have these reviews on Google. Right now, I am having to take an extra step and send a follow-up message to ask them to also post the result on Google. We only get one opportunity sometimes to keep them engaged and that extra step we lose them

Most importantly, I have almost 100 five-star reviews on Boulevard, and only one client took the time to also leave a review on Google. Having those reviews on Google would have made a huge difference for my business.

I think this is very important. Especially since I'm moving from another booking platform that supports google reviews ..

Came here to say this!! We have daily BLVD reviews. We need these on Google, not hiding in BLVD :(

Strongly agreed with this!! We aren't getting any Google Reviews, only Boulevard which no one sees!

YES FOR SURE. Blvd reviews mean nothing and do nothing for us! We are highly rated on Google and get the majority of our guests from there!

Agreed! Our owner is asking us to turn off the Boulevard reviews and making us send each client a google review because they are much more valuable! Please help us, it is so tedious!

Agreed! Google reviews are critical and we have so many 5 star reviews on Boulevard, but those are not on Google.

Patients sometimes assume the review is going to google and do not push it themselves! 100% important
