  4. When booking a service, if a client wants to change service after selecting one, it should be easier to remove the original service

    Our google ratings have dropped significantly since we switched over to Boulevard. If this doesn't get fixed then we will consider leaving once our subscription is up. Google reviews are so important to our business. If a client takes the time to write a 5 star review but it only gets seen by staff, then what is the point?
