  1. The current staff performance report changes a deactivated staff member's "Scheduled hours" to zero, even though the staff member was available to schedule for those hours.

    I am guessing this is tied to the crazy fact that deactivated staff members are removed from the past schedule completely.

    I would like to see metrics for how booked we were in the past, even though some of those people don't work here anymore. This information just vaporizes when the person leaves the business. Please keep them on the historical schedule and provide this information in the schedule.

  2. We really need to know how clients would rate our individual therapists after services vs. just their overall experience. Because so many of our clients have multiple services with different therapists it is important for our clients to rate each therapist so we know if there are issues on an individual level not just overall. So while we love the "general" experience rating, we want to drill down a bit further and then say something like:
    Rate your massage with Stacey
    Rate your manicure and pedicure with Kelly
    Rate your wax with Leah
    This would be a huge help to…

  4. Currently when I import the Boulevard Private Calendar URL to my personal iCloud calendar, the standard setting is to remove alerts and attachments. Is there a way to change that, when my calendar has the location and alerts set up it gives me 30 min notices before appointments which syncs to my Apple Watch which helps me stay on schedule and it notifies me that it is time to go from wherever I am at to go to work. that setting is like that for almost every other imported calendar

  6. We are offering annual memberships that include a set of services over the course of the year, 4 of 1 treatment, 6 of another, etc. Currently memberships only allow us to include monthly services as vouchers. It would be so helpful if we could set how many of each type of service they are allowed during the course of a 12 month membership.

  7. Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
    I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt. As of right now I'm not able to tax exempt my whole sale clients which is a big problem. right now I'm just adding their current…

  8. It would be nice to be able to adjust a booking's client/name. As of now, having to cancel the booking, then rebook takes too much time at check in or check out, the guest typically has to wait, creating a bad experience.

  9. I should be able to process a deposit fee (whether a percentage of the total service or a flat fee) at the time I'm creating a dashboard appointment. I shouldn't have to then close that out, do a separate "new sale" under the patient profile to then have them purchase a dollar amount. That also requires me to create a special service to be able to charge in the new sale. It's a clunky and unwieldy workflow that can easily be rectified by simply allowing for a deposit fee option when creating an appointment.

  10. The ability to change the frequency of perks separate from the membership frequency. For instance, I want the patient to be build monthly for a year long membership and have a perk added to their account every 3 months.

  12. We are unable to provide service pricing due to the variance of providers rates. This creates a problem as BLVD isn't prompted to collect credit card information to remain on file for No-Shows/ Cancellations.

  13. We have 3 chairs for IV infusions. We need the ability for 15 minute set up time at the beginning of each appointment so 3 people will not book at the same time. There is an option for transition time at the end, but we need the option at the beginning. IF 3 people book at the same time slot 1 patient would be waiting possibly 30 minutes to start if this cannot be corrected.

  14. the photo consent form is awesome, however it would be more awesome to have a spot in the client profile that links to their consent that tells us if they consented or not. instead of having to go though all forms to see what they have consented to. very annoying for med spas, as before and after photos are a large part of our marketing.

  15. Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  16. Please allow for us to require provider selection when selling product in the register. It's hard to remember to do this at checkout and we're having to manually adjust sales to properly award product commission.

  17. Right now, selecting an appointment time with a specific staff id from the API automatically sets the preferred staff on the appointment (heart icon). Right now there is no way to control with the API whether this is set or unset at the appointment level. At the very least, please provide a way to unset this "preferred staff" flag on an appointment from the API. Better even would be to allow to set this as a flag when we book an appointment so we don't have to unset it later.

  19. It would be great to be able to create essentially an "order set" when we have a typical group of products we sell as a package that we can edit. Like if I type in "pre-treatment kit" it automatically adds all the products contained in that kit to checkout. But the ability to edit once they're added is helpful in case, say, I swap out one cleanser for another.

  20. Currently, referral credit is awarded based on individual orders so if two clients are combined into one order, the referring client will only receive credit for one client. Clients should receive credit for all clients, regardless of if the new clients appointments were combined into one order.
