  1. When people are booking this is one thing that comes up frequently, they select the add-ons but the price when they create the appointment is only the base service price and doesn't include the add ons or show the breakdown of pricing. Also, when looking at Orders or the receipt, it just tells you the total of the service with the add-ons. Would like a more detailed breakdown on the receipt

  2. Ability to add middle initials to account. We have many clients that have the same exact name (crazy, right), and having a way to list a middle initial to differentiate these clients would make check in much more swift.

  3. When you run a subscription report, any client that has more than one subscription will show up blank. This defeats the purpose of the report because you then have to look at each client individually to determine their status.

    As an example, if a client has previously canceled a membership, but started a new one, their status on the Subscription report will be blank.

  4. There needs to be a way for staff to be notified if there has been a reschedule! Without this notification, there is no way to be filling last minute holes. There is only a cancellations report, not a rescheduling report. Please help!!!

  8. It would be amazing to have an option where new clients are automatically directed to the first available provider or appointment slot when booking online. Right now, new clients often select specific providers, which can delay booking availability and create gaps in schedules. This feature would help maximize booking capacity, improve client experience with faster availability, and better distribute new client traffic across the team. Even having this as an optional toggle in settings would be incredibly helpful.

  13. please place more than 3 options for the tip suggestions 4-5 options allows people to tip more, or not feel guilty when they cant. Its a fact that if there are button options listed for you the client is more likely to choose one than to put a custom amount and if its available on the screen they're more likely to just click on the screen and sign. This would be making it easier on the client at checkout and only having 3 options limits them. 18% 20% 22% 25% is better than 18% 20% 25% or 15% 20% 25%…

  16. The ability to upload a client profile photo so we know who they are. Kind of like the provider photos but we'd see their faces. Clients can upload their own photo as well on their client portal.

  17. If a membership reduces pricing for a specific service it should automatically do that instead of having to add a bunch of add ons.

    For example: for our injectable members, our botox unit goes from $15 to $13/ unit. For anyone enrolled in membership when we are at check out this should be auto updated

  19. We want to be able to rename the existing client notes tab to be more aligned with our business purposes. We would also like to be able to add more tabs with custom naming conventions to align with our business practices.

  20. When a client is booking online, previous booking systems had a visual to let you know there was an online booking happening but this system does not have a way to let you know when a client is booking online for the spot you are simultaneously booking someone on the phone leading to one of the clients needing to get rescheduled, which they are never happy about no matter how innocent the issue.
