  1. The owners of our business as well as our studio director would like to receive email notifications when clients book an appointment or purchase a gift card or membership. This will allow us to provide them the level of client service/interaction we would like to, as well as provide an easy indicator of business levels.

  2. Add a tag when a client has completed their intake form and another for the COVID form. Also, once the appointment is booked add ability to hoover over icon and read description, and ability to read notes instead of opening and editing the appointment.

  3. Employees should be able to select multiple files and apply the same tag to all of them. Similar to the ctrl+shift+select feature on all computers. When checking multiple charts in one day this feature would save time and reduce wrist fatigue.

  4. Please give the option to add 'received stock' while adding new products into the system all on one screen - and also 'brand' selection should be a drop down menu rather than having to type out the brand each time

  6. It seems like a pain that each person has to login/out to clock in/out. Messes with the flow of work. They should still have to enter their password to avoid messing with each others time clock. :)

  7. Boulevard should be very clear to customers what is being billed when. We did not feel the true effects of the pandemic to our business months after we were shutdown and hence I reached out for support. I work with another company that offered me that assistance without me asking. They were very clear, "We will not be charging you for the months of April and May, since you did not have any appointments".

    From the beginning, I feel that there has been a lack of transparency.

  9. It's necessary to be able to see the size and retail prices of products when adjusting received inventory quantities. Several products have the same name and come in multiple sizes, but once you select to adjust quantities, the size and prices of the products disappear, so it's impossible to distinguish between different sizes of products with the same name.

  10. The reports for merchant activity don't show everything on the download; No total after the summary. The old merchant summaries were easy to download and enter into my bookkeeping data.

  11. Current process is to look through each staff members schedules for the infinite future about these appointments, and then do the same again for each staff with a schedule change. If there was a report that listed these that would be time saving. Also I prefer the alert for this since managers and staff that manage schedules will not be thinking about this normally and any extra help with this would be appreciated

  12. If there are services that offer so many add-ons, it's pushing the "which professional"question to the very bottom of the screen. So that means that unless a user is taking the time to scroll through all of our add-on options, users will not see the option to choose a Stylist.

  16. It would be convenient to be able to apply the remainder of a gift card that was more than the service + tip to the client's account as credit. As it is now we have to go through a few steps to buy the account credit with the gift card.

  17. Client and Stylist should get an Email confirmation upon cancelation, regardless if the client cancels it, or it gets cancelled in house... Either way, an email confirmation should go out under every circumstance.

The code entered in the client instructions part of the details page that shows up in confirmation/action needed emails is displaying properly in the emails, but when you click the link it takes you to the appointment details page where you can see the all the formatting code for the client instructions below the address and map.

  20. We need the ability to accept Visa giftcards. Many of our clients have been trying to use their Visa giftcard to pay for their service and we have had to tell them to use a different card. This poses an issue being some clients don't always have another alternative to pay.
