Bug: The calendar view on mobile when you select a day does not update properly
On the iOS application, when you go to calendar view and select sepicific days in the future it does not select the proper day it will select the same day but the previous week.

I would like to get notified of low ratings from guest via email
I would like to get notified of low ratings from guest when they leave feedback. A 3 and below so that we can correct the problem versus checking every day.

Make client credit button much larger at check out.
My staff cannot even read the when a client has a credit. Can we make that button larger? It is so easy to miss!!

Attach Venmo on receipt
Be able to attach stylist venmo to receipt email's so if clients forget to tip them they can go back to their receipt and tip them through Venmo

Convert unused vouchers to account credit automatically
If the client doesn't come in within the month to use their vouchers it will automatically be converted into account credit for them to use on whatever they like.

Click to View Pre-Paid Services Original Ticket in the Payment Methods Tab
We need the option to effortlessly select a service purchased by a patient within the payment methods area and be instantly directed to the original ticket. Presently, this process is quite time-consuming and challenging, particularly with long-standing clients, due to potential inaccuracies in displaying the purchase date or amount within the payment methods section, hindering our ability to locate the corresponding sales ticket.

Provide basic shapes on the mark-up tool - i.e. arrow.
It helps when charting filler to be able to indicate the direction of injection. Thanks!

Add Tags to Retention Report
With the improved retention, reports add client tags, and services name, so the report can exclude clients who are tourists, or clients who no call/no show and were charged late cancelation fees

Ability to remove completed appointments on the calendar
The business wants to the ability to override an appointment that has been completed in error so that the time slot on the calendar can be open for others to select on the widget.

The receipts to patients must be changed.
The receipts are a daily issue for us. The patients call back all day wondering why they see so many charges but can't seem to easily navigate to what they paid. I think its the panic the feel and the confusion... This is in regards to the screen on the ipad showing the full amount which could be in the thousands but their actual discounted charge for a pkg or special.

Auto text responses for services
It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

Enable Calendar for Variable Schedules
Right now you can only add your availability on a set cadence. I don't have a set schedule so it would be great to be able to select what days I'm available in a calendar month type setting instead of weekly/biweekly settings. It'd be nice to do it day by day.

Remove service name from appointment reminder/notification to preserve privacy
It'd be great if BLVD could implement a way to allow us to remove certain (or all) service names from showing in appointment reminders and notifications as we provide some services that clients would like to keep private as much as possible. Thank you!

New client referrals from one co-worker to another need to be traceable.
When a co-worker refers their existing client to a fellow co-worker there should be a way to record it in the system so we can run reports reflecting these new client referrals. Otherwise, staff can claim they never get referrals, when they actually do, but there is not a report to run & show it.

Email formatting when non white background is used
If creating an email with anything other than white background, a white bar will be included at the top of the email. This happens even with the included templates. Why?
