  4. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  5. During a busy day, we start a chart and need to complete and submit it. It would be nice if there was a prompt for the day to indicate open charts that need to be submitted.

  6. The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

  7. The calendar in the iOS app has an "is working" filter that is the same as the dashboard. But the filter shows staff members who only have a timeblock even if they aren't on the schedule to work and have no appointments scheduled. This clutters up an already small view. The filter should match the dashboard and only show staff members who are scheduled to work or have an appointment scheduled.

  8. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  10. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  11. Allow custom definable buttons be added to client profiles that could pass in the client ID as a variable to another web page. This would allow connection to other platforms in a way that looks more professional.

  12. RegenMD would like all clients to see membership agreements in the client portal regardless of them having "agreed" during checkout or not. Regen does virtual sales (not online or via the Duo) so needs the ability to have clients agree virtually as well.

You keep working on features that only apply to a handful of users and have a handful of votes on it instead of features that have been requested for MONTHS OR YEARS like invoices or better notifications with HUNDREDS of votes. Work on the stuff that the most people want not what a couple of high paying clients request of you

  17. I would like to get a report that can forecast the future appointments with a dollar amount. I see that the report for Service Sales Report can give a forecast of the service count and appointment count however does not show $ amount.

    Is there a way we can make a custom report that will include these forecasts?

  18. For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

  19. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. This has serious financial implications for both our business and our clients. Having to create a specific service and schedule it on our calendar just to send a form is messy and frankly I…
