tag gallery photos

Waitlist Push Notification or text to mobile
Push notification or text alert when someone joins your waitlist. The current alert is SO easy to miss unless you have staff stationed in front of the computer. Most stylists/receptionists/managers are always too busy to sit and stare at the computer.

Fix the jump in the calendar that happens when booking into the next month
When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

allow a sales commission that is not dependent upon who does the treatment. Right now whoever does the treatment gets the commission,
We have sales people that do not do the treatments. It would be great it commission could be tied to the sale and not to the treatment.

Add an area in the system which allows providers to quickly see pricing for clients so that it is easier to put together consultation quotes

Send a secure link to add credit card info from their client profile
For clients who reach out to the salon directly vs. booking online, adding a feature from the profile we create for them that sends a secure link (or sends when prompted) to add their cc info so we have it on file. This would support our booking and cancellation policies without having to ask them for their cc info over the phone, via text or email.

incomplete charts search
Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

You need to be able to offer a gift card special at checkout.
Example: Purchase $100 and get $25 free. The $25 should be automatically applied when they checkout with a $100 gift card without having to create an offer. Put parameters on time available and only when you purchase a certain amount.

It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.
