Auto Add outstanding balances on checkout
It is difficult to track when patients owe you- especially when it is busy at checkout time. Make a feature where it auto ads in the outstanding amount to the current checkout with a note in the sidebar what it relates to

only lists 3-5 forms when you try to add a form/chart to a days visit- and NO SEARCH option
feedback- I dislike the new format as it only lists 3-5 forms when you try to add one on an office visit, and there is no way to search for one. This is a big problem for me as I can't get the form attached to the visit to take notes!
Also- one of my most used charts is usually not listed as a choice, so I have traditionally had to search for it...now I can't even do that. We need to be able to "star" favorite forms so they are at top of lists with things like this.going…

Have a report to track days taken off or block offs in shedules
Chosen date range date range printable report that will allow you to see a how many days are taken off or marked unavailable for each individual staff.

Create a way to "un-check in" a client in if you did it by mistake
Accidentally checked in a client by mistake, the only way to undo the mistake is to void the entire ticket and then re-book the client. We should just be able to quickly undo a mistaken check-in

We have Senior stylists that are allowed to block their book. We do NOT want them to be able to create or edit appts., but just place block
We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

Guests should automatically receive a copy of any intake forms they complete and sign. This ensures they have a record of the information provided, the policies acknowledged, and their agreement to our terms.

Add required forms/charts to the client/patient profile as needed
It would be nice to add digital forms in the client/patient "Forms and Charts" tab as needed vs only the appointment, and/or the ability to upload PDF documents into Forms and Charts.

We would like to see a referral TREE.
This means I can pull up a client, and it will show branches of who they have referred as branches, and then break that down into additional branches of who those clients have referred. All leading back to the main client!

Use either email or cell phone number to schedule an appointment.
Allow clients to login to the the scheduling system (https://dashboard.boulevard.io/booking/) using their phone number.
Currently, the client must enter their email. However, they can manage their appointments using their cell phone number or email. (https://blvd.app/@mossandblack/login)
Some clients (mom's and their children) share a cell phone number in their profile. Mom cannot schedule an appointment using their child's profile.

Sandbox Option to Help Plan Schedules
It would be great to have a feature where there is a sandbox mode or "fake" employee profiles that we can add to the calendar view to help plan and build schedules. As a salon with only a certain amount of stations available seeing profiles on the calendar helps me visualize and plan who I can put where, and when.

Improve Voucher Timing for Monthly Memberships
Add functionality to allow membership vouchers to be placed in the wallet at the start of each calendar month and remain active until the end of that same month, regardless of the client's individual billing or pay period. This change would address the issue where some clients need to redeem services before their payment has technically been processed—often due to provider availability—causing complications with voucher tracking and commission calculations. Ensuring vouchers are consistently visible and valid throughout the entire month would simplify administration and reduce billing discrepancies.

Be able to add Forms/Charts from desktop
I often use a laptop and ipad to chart at work. I am unable to add forms to chart on from the laptop/desktop version of Boulevard. Would be convienent and helpful to be able to do this from both devices.

Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. It would be extremely helpful if boulevard could create a button that when you go to the sales tab…
