  2. At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.

  3. Report per staff member over a duration that shows metrics per service of averages of these.

    This would be a fantastic tool given the vast data that Blvd is naturally tracking. Although it will suffer to human errors and inconsistency, it should all average out in the end. This type of report could be used to understand which staff are being improperly auto-scheduled for durations that are too long or too short in practice.   7. I would love the ability to easily tab through sales of the day, without have to click a sale, manually hit "back" and scroll back down to click on the previous sale. The ability to flip through them, like in your email mailbox, would add so much ease to scanning through the sales of the day

  8. Right now feedback sort of disappears into the ether. It would be great if there was a feedback report that presented for a given time frame, service providers feedback was 80% 5, 10% 4 and 10% 3 stars. Creating this as a report would allow management an easier way to disseminate this information without just sending screenshots of whole company feedback data.

  9. The option for blvd to automatically (or after manual authorization) message clients who have lapsed their appointment by a variable time (5min/10min/15min, etc) something along the lines:

    Sigourney Hufflepuff, it looks like you are going to miss your 4pm service at Abundant Salon. Please call the salon at 8675309 in order to reschedule your appt, or click blvd.link/193nf33 in order to reschedule. Please also note the salon may have a no-show or cancellation policy that your original appt may be subject to.

  11. Or can a symbol be added to the appoinmetn to indicate that clietnt has left a note. I dont know that there is a note unless I open up a ticket which I dont until I check them out then its to late. Notes need to be read before clients come in.

    1. I have noticed that clients have sometimes booked multiple appointments by accident on the same day. I think there should be a tool that recognizes daily potential accidental bookings and just picks up on potential errors/staggered appointments.

    2. there should be a tool that shows the progress of each appointments AND if a client is running late. We have the ability to NOT check them in if they are running late to the appointment... but it would be nice to have a button to press that notifies whoever is looking at the calendar perhaps in a different location that we KNOW…

  12. The Facial bar would like the ability to not only see service count/revenue by category. But also the ability to see service count/revenue by individual service. For example: They are interested in seeing how much revenue they have received from one specific service that is on their menu.

  14. Count drawer - 2 steps and creates 2 "logs" in the history for count drawer and then payout. they always do these 2 steps simultaneously and it's confusing

  17. Starting to enter a new client clears the form and the phone number is lost.

    When creating new appointment - will search by a phone number, if phone number doesn't come up they'll click "create new client" - but number they entered defaults to "first name". When they delete the number from first name, the entire "new client" form disappears

  19. Facebook Spa's has 6 locations and 20k "clients". They would like their employees to be able to add appointments directly to their calendars via the appt confirmation email.
