If search for client with phone number and they're not in the system
Starting to enter a new client clears the form and the phone number is lost.
When creating new appointment - will search by a phone number, if phone number doesn't come up they'll click "create new client" - but number they entered defaults to "first name". When they delete the number from first name, the entire "new client" form disappears

Please try to get an online booking system like STX software. There online booking is great
We just transferred to BLVD from STX and all of our clients hate the booking experience and they are tech savvy and got frustrated with booking online. its not customer friendly.

Would be great if one of the tabs for each client was their past Ratings and Feedback.

Showing staff only when designated staff assigned to service is unavailable
Much like services can be re-ordered to determine the services on the booking widget/booking order, we would like to set the order for service providers.
Scenario: Staff A and Staff B provide the same service, but Staff A will only take online bookings when Staff B is unavailable. Staff B is booked for that day, so now Staff A appears on the online booking widget.

Block times on Resource Schedule/Calendar
We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need
