  1. We would like the option to be able to add an existing client's name to a completed sale after it's done. Sometimes our stylists ring out their guests as a walk-in and don't add the name. It makes it difficult if the client wants to see what they bought in the future, or return something later. Having the option to add the name after would be fantastic!

  2. In the past with other processors fraudulent charges would be flagged, for example on Shopify it alerts us that it looks suspicious and to confirm details prior to processing. We've deactivated online gift card purchases to avoid any issues

    As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.

  4. It would be nice to have a staff performance report that allowed a drop down on their name so we can see the client information within those numbers. their name what services and what products they bought.

  5. We are already able to see edit updates, like when an appointment has been rescheduled or cancelled. But the edits do not tell us if or when the timing of a service has been changed within an appointment. It would be really helpful for our front desk staff to know if there was time added or time subtracted from a particular service.

  8. if a service provider works at multiple locations at the same time (3 locations for example), ability for the schedule to be blocked off at location A, if the service provider is booked at location B

  11. With locations in San Francisco, Palo Alto, NY, LA, etc... our guests are on the cutting edge of finance and tech and it's only a matter of time until this is more widely accepted. We'd love to be ahead of the times on this and it would be a great marketing opportunity

  14. It's necessary to be able to see the size and retail prices of products when adjusting received inventory quantities. Several products have the same name and come in multiple sizes, but once you select to adjust quantities, the size and prices of the products disappear, so it's impossible to distinguish between different sizes of products with the same name.

  15. Several vendors have options to build an order from SKU or UPC data, but it is so tedious to copy and paste individual UPCs from the pdf version from Boulevard. A download that can be manipulated into the proper format for the vendor would be amazing.

  17. Unchecking the "track Inventory" box on a product does not change the inventory count for the item, nor does it change the desired quantity settings. The result is that items that are no longer desired to be tracked (typically clearanced items) will still show up in purchase orders, or on inventory count reports.

    The current solution is to manually adjust inventories to zero, then change desired quantity to zero, then uncheck the box (via two different screens/interfaces). Not having bulk actions make this very time consuming to do for a whole line of products that have been discontinued.
