  1. Need the ability to add a custom (re-nameable) tax type. We would use this to capture health cares fees that clients pay based on a % of total price. Needs to be named separately and not lumped under a general Service or Product Tax.

  2. Would be great if there was a turn all off scheduling order to clear the defaults to start fresh. The current setup would be problematic for businesses with dozens to thousands of services.

    In Change Online Service Menu, perhaps changing the order of entire categories of services should be duplicated into the scheduling order portion. A branched structure of services seems more beneficial where as large portions would go one and after each other, and then granular controls of the sub branches ordering if need be.

    Additionally the "flexible mode" shouldn't be a before or after, it is more logical…

  4. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past. This use to not be an issue. I would LOVE if…

It would be awesome to see messages that were previously sent to a guest right when you click to message them from their profile (almost like a text thread that pops up when you go to type a message) - instead of having to go into the profile messages section to view the previous thread. We've accidentally sent multiple messages to the same client because we forgot to check if they'd already been contacted. Would just be really nice and convenient!

  8. Current liabilities reports are a snapshot in time at the current moment, but that makes it difficult to reconcile previous time periods. Liabilities should include a date field to be able to go back and see the liabilities for Dec 31 or June 30th.

  9. When performing a refund you are required to choose a refund explanation, however this is only visible on the refund order. This should be a optional column added to the Payments and Refunds Beta report so that you could filter, sort or count how many refunds you have for "customer service" vs "defective product"

  10. The ability to sync iCloud and Google calendars is excellent - however, for those of us with work calendars on Outlook, we're unable to sync directly to Blvd. Adding that additional feature would enhance this already great feature.

  12. Assistant who provides bookable service two days out of the week and the other three days is an hourly employee - schedule is setup as unavailable for the two days and available for the other three days. because the way that the employee's shifts are scheduled, he/she/they are unable to clock in.

  15. My team has many tabs open for each section of the dashboard. It would be extremely helpful to have those tabs named according to the page they are on. i.e. Manage, Messages, Reports. See screenshot for reference

  16. Would be fantastic to be able to hold pending transactions until data services are restored. Of course much functionality would be lost when offline, but being able to do payments and scheduling as basic needs while disconnected means the difference between a smooth operation and one where staff are all panicked about the cloud being gone.

  18. Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again

  20. Boulevard should be very clear to customers what is being billed when. We did not feel the true effects of the pandemic to our business months after we were shutdown and hence I reached out for support. I work with another company that offered me that assistance without me asking. They were very clear, "We will not be charging you for the months of April and May, since you did not have any appointments".

    From the beginning, I feel that there has been a lack of transparency.
