Please make repeat timeblocks a singular entity instead of separate, repeated blocks.
Making a mistake on a repeat timeblock booked weeks out is a disaster. You have to go and individual delete or edit each one.

The ability to create multiple blocks at once for multiple stylists.
During covid we have had a lot of instances of needing to maybe close early or schedule lunches for multiple people at the same time. It would be useful to be able to add more than one person while creating a repeating block, instead of having to do it for every stylist.

Edit Purchase Order after it's been created
We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

Should be able to see if there's a payment method on file for clients when making an appointment
I wish there was an icon on a client's profile to indicate that there's a payment method on file when making an appointment on the mobile app

Allow others to clock in via other people already logged in.
It seems like a pain that each person has to login/out to clock in/out. Messes with the flow of work. They should still have to enter their password to avoid messing with each others time clock. :)

Some type of warning when a client was marked as arrived but not checked out by end of day or within a timeframe...
Either some warning to managers or a report of problematic appointments that may have slipped through the cracks.

Custom Tax Types
Need the ability to add a custom (re-nameable) tax type. We would use this to capture health cares fees that clients pay based on a % of total price. Needs to be named separately and not lumped under a general Service or Product Tax.

Feedback on Adjusting Scheduling Order in /Owner/Services
Would be great if there was a turn all off scheduling order to clear the defaults to start fresh. The current setup would be problematic for businesses with dozens to thousands of services.
In Change Online Service Menu, perhaps changing the order of entire categories of services should be duplicated into the scheduling order portion. A branched structure of services seems more beneficial where as large portions would go one and after each other, and then granular controls of the sub branches ordering if need be.
Additionally the "flexible mode" shouldn't be a before or after, it is more logical…

Waitlist Notes
You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past. This use to not be an issue. I would LOVE if…
