  4. When a client is marked as late cancel or no show (specifically no show) the email they receive should read something along the lines of “we missed you today!” Etc versus the standard “your appointment has been cancelled.” The email should also include something about “fees will apply due to the last minute cancel/no show… see cancellation policy here” etc

  9. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

  10. I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

    Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!

    Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

  11. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  12. Please eliminate the cash draw from being opened when reprinting an old receipt.
    Reprinting can be done at (any time) and theft can occur.

  20. In the custom message via the online gift card settings, it would be great to be able to customize text, like add line breaks, bold, italicize parts of the message to make messaging clearer to clients when needed.
    For example: when running a gift card promotion with several discount tiers, being able to display those amounts and corresponding offers nicely in the custom message area.
