    Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.

    As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

  2. We have a lot of providers who do services in different amount of times. Too often we are having to book the wrong service that we know is a certain amount of time just to book a spot. Then we have to go in and edit the whole appointment again. It would be amazing to be able to edit the amount of time of an appointment BEFORE we confirm. :)

  3. When the wifi goes out, the checkout process goes down. It would be nice to have the ability to still checkout a client and have the transaction process when the system comes back online (see Square).

  5. Ability to turn on and off per service provider or per service provider role. Ideally this is for both ends, novices will need extra time with new clients and masters may need a defaulted lesser time with new clients.

  6. I would love to have full integration with Jotform and BLVD. I have a beautiful new client form I created on Jotform, and there is no way to link it to client profiles. BLVD integrated forms do not allow for any special/fancy/cute formatting, and do not allow clients to upload photos.

  7. I want to get notified when we recieve a message from a guest, but I don't want to get notified every time some cancels. My email is blowing up, unnecessarily, and I can't turn it off unless I also turn off the one I really need to recieve.

  8. I think it would be cool for the customer to have the ability to edit their answers or add to them in the time leading up to the appointment. Something in the Nordstrom app where you can manage your appointments.

  12. We would love to be able to pull reports for the entire business including commission, Sales, Ect. We have two locations but operate as one salon and this is a bit of a pain point on the back end

  14. Clients who are visiting website solely to purchase a GC don't know to go to booking first. We had to label is specifically. it would be better if it was it's own entity

  15. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

  17. It's so time consuming to check every single staff member when configuring services. There should be "all" and "none" buttons to help speed the process up. Same thing for resources. We have 5 different machines for one treatment in some cases so "all" and "none" buttons would help.

  20. So silly that you can't add a service to an order without adding it to the calendar. This would help us a TON with ringing up memberships.
