Bookings of x number will trigger alert to desired email address and auto-select service
Group bookings are a large part of our business and when there are 8 or more in one group booking, we need to be alerted on a specific email to provide VIP service when they make any updates to their appointment and upon arrival.
Additionally, when they add their 8th appointment, the client should be only allowed to book a luxe service - that is also bookable online, but generally it's easier to handle manually.

Scan Membership Cards for Membership program
Scan a membership card at arrival or checkout. (like a monthly membership program)

Allow to fill out complete client profile when booking first service without going to another screen.
Once we finish booking a new client we are wasting time going back to the client profile page to add bday, referral, etc. Just allow us to enter in the beginning of entering new client.

Ability for stylist to view their service & retail numbers in real time + closed tickets
Stylists have daily goals when it comes to retail & service and they would also prefer to see their ticket totals instead of going thru the front desk and asking for a nightly report

Purchase Order Customization-adding discounts
It would be amazing to be able to copy product files when creating new products. This was available in millenium. I want to have infinite shine as a backbar product as well but without the copy feature this would be a huge task.
Line discounts in PO's.
Be able to print PO's with on hands showing up on the print out.

b. The goal is for the front-end to be seamless for Front Desk and Client, one ticket, one credit card swipe.

Staff Capability to view, edit and book appointments across all locations
We currently have 2 locations, but our phones ring at both locations, so whoever picks up the phone call first will need to view not only their own location's schedule, but the other as well. Other staff members should also be able to book for another staff member at another location, even if they do not work there.
Boulevard currently only allows us to assign all employees to both locations in order to view, edit and add new appointments; however, this causes confusion since service providers only work at a specific location. This is misleading for guests sine they can…

Color dot should be independent of merged appointments
It'll help us utilize the color dots based on each appointment. Currently, if appointments are merged, the dot color affects all appointments

Push reviews from the receipt to the staff app
Once a review is received, push that review to the service provider's staff app so they can get instant notice of how they are doing.

Adding the "reason" tab for adjusting price
Hey. So sometimes a price has to be adjusted for a service due to different circumstances. There is an option for putting in the reason on the discount tab, but there is no such option on the price tab. Can this feature be introduced? Thank you.

Business charges customizable by stylist, not just service
Spoke with an enterprise account that has their stylists negotiate different business charges for each service. They would need that customizable on the stylist level as well as the service level.

Hide partial names on calendar so stylists cannot steal clients if they leave
Within the staff app being able to only show first name, last initial. This will help prevent a stylist from trying to reach out to all of their clients and take them from the salon they are currently at.

Reports around new client revenue and future revenue
Some salons pay different commission for new clients that request a stylist vs new clients the salon assigns to them. Also, some salons want to see how many people are on the books for that day with vouchers so they can get a better estimate of projected revenue that day.
