  2. When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward

  5. This option for staff to elect, or for business to choose would further comply with HR guidelines regarding "work that occurs off the clock". Receiving notices of work activity that may or may not trigger an employee to do or think about work is cause for employees to have grounds to "be doing work from home".

    Employers in regions with stipulations on this should create company policy explicitly stating that notification of client booking, cancelling, rescheduling are to be accepted during work hours only. In the case that they would like real time notice of this regardless of work-state, they…

  6. For multi-location businesses required to enable staff member services across many locations, it would be helpful to have the view of the service list maintain on the user's view rather than scrolling to the top after each edit. When clicking to customize and make assignable from the staff member's profile, once applied, the view returns the user to the top of the menu.

  7. Need to be able to add days closed. under manage business. CLOSED DAYS category - select the day off the calendar.

  13. This feature is available in Booker. There needs to be an option where receptionist can click: "include voucher this month" (see attachment for your reference) from the checkout window. If it's "unchecked", no voucher is applied to the client's profile when the client's order is created. Therefore, they are not getting a free voucher that they could use over the next 30 days without ever paying for it. Boulevard's Offers (for voucher redemption) feature doesn't work for the business' current process - when clients purchase a package via Boulevard.   16. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  20. Would be great at a first appointment for Boulevard to send a text message to the client confirming the first appointment and request email address for booking confirmation (where they could cancel their appt) and also so we can send receipts out.

    Additionally online if they could manage "how you would like to receive their receipts" "how you would like to receive confirmations/reminders" "send me a reminder to make an appointment x weeks after my last one"
