  7. We are wanting to book an appointment for a certain number of weeks from an existing appointment that is not today's date. The system keeps bringing us back to today's date instead.

  11. We require a form of payment to hold an appointment and we charge that payment if that violate our cancelation policy. Gift cards are a form of payment. Many people do not like to give us credit card number when they have a GC

  12. When entering a number, the system should recognize the card type. Not everyone knows when to get a 4 digit CVC for Amex's for instance and if it was shown, they would for manual entry for deposits.

  13. There is a group appointment scheduled, everyone to start at 1:00 pm as an example. 3 customers - all getting regular manicures. They also have 5 minute transition times built in. When I go into the appointment to cancel the transition times, the software automatically changes everyone's service time to the following: Person1 - regular manicure at 1:00 pm; Person2 - regular manicure at 1:30 pm; Person3 - regular manicure at 2:00 pm. All of the manicures should still be at 1:00 pm, but the software automatically adjusts the appointments to be one right after the other depending on the…

  14. Add the ability to sort/filter guests by birthday (month). So we have the ability to be able to send a Birthday Campaign through Mail Chimp.
