  1. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  2. We have to scroll all the way up the message, sometimes several months back to be able to close the message. The "tick" should stay on screen at all times or put it closer to the "Send" button. I understand though the risk of putting it there so maybe it's best to ensure that the Name, Number and Tick do not scroll out of site. Fix the CSS to hold it on the page.

  4. The wrong payment type was used to close an order (Other payment type) vs. credit card. We would like the ability to edit or refund and add new payment type more easily. Currently, we would need to create a new appointment.

  5. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting

  6. When making scheduling adjsutments, if not using the reschedule button, confirmation emails aren't sent. If making adjustments that are weeks out it's easier to make these from the appointment details instead of using the rescheduling button

  11. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

  12. To train staff using a mode of Blvd that does not communicate with clients, service providers, and can do fake checkouts/returns.

    It would be super useful if there was a way to open a training mode that allowed usage of the databases but was firewalled from sending emails, SMS, push notifications to all and allowed fake checkouts, returns, voucher creation and redemption. I find that as much as I try to train my staff, there often are situations that come up that can only be done as a walkthrough for learning. The workaround now is creating a fake service provider,…

  15. Now, clients have to dig through their email to see upcoming appointments or to cancel future appointments. It would be so much easier if this information was available to them on the website when they long it. They have to create an account anyways. Should this be available somewhere on the website?

  19. Any instance when a client books with a guest, that guest typically won't provide a phone or email. With such, come time for check-in (when I need them to sign a waiver), I need to make up a phone number or email for this individual and check them in myself in order to have the form ready for them to sign when they arrive.
