Differentiate between Salon Request (Any Stylist), Stylist Request (New), and Stylist Request (Repeat) within the Booking Process
Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:
- Salon Request (Any Stylist)
- Stylist Request (New)
- Stylist Request (Repeat)
Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained. Covid Vaccine Confirmation Button
A lot of states are requiring vaccines to remove masks. We plan to confirm that and it would be nice to have a little check box in the client profile that we see knowing if the person is vaccinated.

"Unmerge" appointments in a group for individual checkout
We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

Better highlighting of errors
In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

Ability to see canceled appointments in the schedule
I think that the ability to cancel appointments, sending the cancelation text and still seeing the appointment in the schedule will encourage the use of the text.

Ability to discount a single scheduled membership term
In previous booking services we have used, they have the ability to discount any upcoming membership billing and have it go back to full price after. In boulevard, you can do that with only the first billing. Our referral program offers discounts on your next monthly payment for referring a friend. We are not able to do this with boulevard

"Yes" trigger in messaging
to confirm an appointment the trigger should be something unique like "C". We have conversations with people and they use the word "Yes" often and get the auto text thanking them for confirming. Like - "do you want to cancel both appointments Michelle" ---"Yes" --- "Thank you you are confirmed"

As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.

Add Clocked Time to Sales Reports
When running payroll, it would be great to only have to run 1 report. I personally love how neat and clean the Net Revenue by Staff report is. If it could include tips and clocked time, that would be ideal.
Or
If the staff performance or sales breakdown report could include a column for CLOCKED time, that would be awesome, too.
