  3. Would love to be able to use the barcode scanner to "scan in" and "scan out" inventory. So as you scan an item it adds to the number received.

  4. When performing a refund you are required to choose a refund explanation, however this is only visible on the refund order. This should be a optional column added to the Payments and Refunds Beta report so that you could filter, sort or count how many refunds you have for "customer service" vs "defective product"

  5. if i run the mouse over an existing appointment that has an availvale time during clients processing.. it will not show the times when running the mouse over the slot that is available. it only shows the time for the existing appoutnment..

    would be nice if we didnt have to run the mouse to the far left of the screen to get the time.

  8. It would make logistics and workflow a lot easier for services like ours that is time dependent, based on the last time that a client came in for a particular service. For example, if a client came in for a new set on the 1st of the month, but then he/she tried to book a two-week service at the 18-22 days after, the system would not allow them, as it has actually been closer to three weeks after their last session.   15. It would be awesome to have the employee separate from staff roles. This way one employee can be scheduled for multiple roles. For example: Hairstylist who also does esthetics. Can be listed as one employee in gear tab, but can be listed in two roles (Stylist and esthetician) in the location tab. You can then schedule each role independently, but performance reports, logins, payroll, etc... are all for the individual employee so they can see each role on their schedule, and payroll doesn't need to be manually combined as it does with multiple employees.

  20. Right now there is no way to book someone for a consultation.

    What I do is "block time" then enter a description of "Consultation - Jane Doe", & then I also book a "miscellaneous appointment" so that the client will get something on their end.
    Simply adding "Consultation" to the list of options would be a great help.
    It would also look a lot cleaner than these two chunks side by side, & it would save time, & it would be more legible.
