  1. We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

  5. We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

  7. Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

  9. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  15. It would be great to have the Bell notification history under the client account. We need sometimes to see more than 4 days of notifications so a full history could go under the client account or even a separate Notifications History section under the Management Cog so front desk can dig in.

  17. A dashboard that shows whats happening in a business. Have it show a quick look at sales, clients booked, etc. that could be pulled from reports. Attached are screenshots of the look/idea.

  18. Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.

    I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.

    I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this
