  1. The outcome or definition is different depending on what report you are pulling. New client in reporting is based on if boulevard has seen the client w appt before as opposed to on calendar it's when a new profile first has a service. Then to further complicate things, if you pull retention metrics is based on whether the service provider has seen the person or not.

  4. Really would love to have a better way to deal with custom commissions for addons. Our scenario is that the main service no commissions are made. But for addons commissions are made.

  5. We are having issues of clients showing up late and thus we need a checkin time 5 minutes before the start of the appointment. One simple way to do that would be to give us the option of placing transition time before the appointment instead of after. Or simply having a "checkin" time option that starts 5' early.

    Benefit: We can shorten our appointment times and be more profitable.

  12. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

  15. The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…

  16. we have Hair that we buy for extensions and split the commision on the the hair between stylist and salon. but because the stylist makes a set commision on products there is no way to adjust this without changing everything
