Ability to Print Invoice Summaries
In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

Opening the cash drawer
You desperately need to add a one button open cash drawer no sale option.

Staff vacation/sick day report
There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

Remove Pricing
Give us the option of not displaying prices on the booking widget. If there's a setting to not have them display in the reminder emails it should also be on the booking widget.

Be able to add gratuity on products-as our Salon has a full bar
We should be able to make some products tippable. We have a full service bar within our salon, and many clients want to add gratuity to the beverages. It's not fast to add it in individually, like it is for services

Ability to leave running balance or credit on client account
Situations where client owes $5.00 and under. It would be great if the system kept record, so the next time they checked out, that balance can be added to the current order.

Having to select the staff for a product sale, not leaving it optional
Our staff checks out their own clients so if a client goes to desk to buy product, it would be nice if we could make it required to select the staff member that sold the product

Ability to identify WHO created a client account or changed information on it.
We would like a better ability to identify which of our front desk staff are making errors with name spelling, email addresses, phone number errors. And fire those that are incompetent and causing the business stress. But without this feature it is quite difficult to determine "who" are making mistakes.
Right now we are using a loose assumption of when a record was made by looking at when the appointment was booked and who was working at that time. This assumes that the person working front desk did it and also that the record was kept the same since its…

Is there any way we can go current??? What happed 2 yrs ago takes 2 min to go through to get to today! If I need yrs ago I can scroll. Too much time is spent getting to where I need to read for today.

Add notes to forms
When we are doing consultations, we need the ability to add our own provider notes on the patient forms. Maybe out to the side? They don't always enter the correct details when they are filling these out in a rush, and we need to be able to add more information so that we always have good information about our patients and are treating them properly each time we see them.
