  1. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  6. Adding a heart upon booking has to be done manually each time when a client calls in or books a future appointment in person at checkout. We always have to double check and ask if they want to be seen by a specific provider and its very easy to forget or not see previous "hearted" appointments. When clients book online and select a heart or when we manually add a heart it should automatically link to future appointments until it is removed or we manually acknowledge that its done as an override.

  7. As a nail salon, we created a lot of add-ons to minimize our list of services. It would be very helpful to be able to see the requested add-ons when clients are on the waitlist.

    Also, if add-ons could be customized for duration per staff too that would be amazing.

  9. During the booking process, if a client doesn't have a credit card on file it would be nice to have a prompt that one is needed.

  12. If a stylist does not perform a service, currently, it looks available on the app and is listed in the drop down menu in the checkout process. Those should not show at all. Thanks! Jennifer

  13. It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

  16. From the staff schedule, allow hours to manually be typed, rather than only selecting available hours via dropdown picker. This would make this less tedious / time consuming.

  17. When filtering beta reports, you can only select from the first 50 clients, products, services, etc... This drastically limits options for customized reports when you have several thousand clients and more than 1000 products in the system.

  19. Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.
