  1. Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

  2. I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

  8. Instead of the service providers being listed alphabetically, it would be much easier to check openings for specific services within a department if they were listed by department versus in ABC order.

  9. Some stylists can perform some services at the same time. But by using processing time, it can't be double booked on exact same time.
    It would be really great to have this function available.

  10. Most businesses use their retail products or have a separate inventory for backbar products. In Boulevard the only way to scan out or "checkout" a backbar used item is to run it as a sale. If there was simply a separate system that could tie into the products that could automatically zero out a retail product and pull from both retail & backbar that would be great. Running it as a sale messes with the books and the accounting aspect because more taxing.

  11. Hello,

    Our clients currently receive an email for their birthdays notifying them they have a $10 credit that can be used at their next visit. But these credits to not automatically hit their account. We would like blvd to automatically apply these. Other wise we have to do this extra step at checkout.

  19. It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different.   20. When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.

    It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…
