  2. A dashboard page defaults to Blvd's own time zone (PT) before the location's address is entered, but we should either 1) be able to change the time zone on our own and/or 2) there should be some sort of prompt to confirm the time zone before appts are made

  8. I require a $100 deposit for my patients when booking. This is there, as I have explained to my patients, as a fee if they no show. Unfortunately, everytime they book, they are required to put another $100 deposit down so many of my patients have $200-300 in credits. I need this option to be bypassed when they already have a $100 deposit on their account.

  10. It is nice to have the "is available" option for the resources on the calendar. It would be super handy to have a "none" option to remove them with a single click rather than having to click each one individually.

  15. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

  16. The confirmation text should include the service you are scheduled for. We have had people that don't realize what their appointment is when they confirm and then they are angry, or they leave without receiving the service due to their available time. (if they thought it was a 45 minute haircut but it is actually a 90 minute massage, etc...)

  17. Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?
