  1. The 4/6/8 week tab only takes you weeks from the current date. For example, if I book an appointment 4 weeks from today and I try to book another 4 weeks from then, I have to go back to today's date and click 8 weeks or use the calendar (but the calendar also only gives weeks from today's date).

  2. It would be great to bill clients via ACH for memberships. Credit cards are too easy to request a new one or lock.

  9. Stating; "Boulevard has lost connection with Duo, please resolve this prior to the next checkout, or click here for help." Clicking this opens a popup of a troubleshooter with step by step procedures alongside animated gifs to get the situation resolved without Boulevard Help Chat or management's intervention.

If you need to edit a service while pre-booking with a client, pulling up the new appt tab automatically refreshes your page to the current date rather than staying on the date/time that you're trying to book on. This means you have to start over locating the correct date and time every time you need to adjust a service. This can be confusing during busy times when you are balancing phone calls and checking clients in and out. It would be really helpful if blvd would stay on the same date the whole pre-book process to avoid doing steps multiple…

  12. There is one glaring issue though which is if client last names are turned OFF, then staff cannot book appointments themselves. When they search a client, all of that client appears and then they have no way of differentiating. Not sure what the workaround would be; perhaps allow last name searching when booking appointments.

  17. It would be great if before an appointment could be saved on the stylist books the system prompted the operator to get Credit Card information. We "require" a credit/debit card on file due to a cancellation policy however most clients do not have a card on file because the operator forgets to ask for it. Having a window of some sort pop up to prompt the operator to gather the credit card information before the appt could be saved would greatly increase the number of clients with a CC on file.
