  1. The current timeblock report is not user friendly, doesn't give staff names, no date picker etc. Would like to easily be able to identify time block reasons and lengths for providers as well as view deleted time blocks, including which employee created and deleted them, and when.

  2. We have treatments that require daily follow-up phone calls while a patient is under our care. We need to be able to schedule phone call appointments on the nurse's calendar without those appointments sending appointment reminders to patients, so having an option in the appointment type to turn off reminders would be awesome.

  3. This app would be great to be able to use an amazon fire tablet as they are so much more affordable than apple and android devices. Deveolping the software to run on FIRE OS operating system is very similar to the android systems. I understand you can add google play to an amazon fire os system, but it would be nice to have the boulevard software available on amazon apps.

  10. I want to be able to add a 30% upcharge for weekend appointments or if a stylist comes in super early or stays late as a surcharge/convenience fee. Currently, you can only discount a percentage. I had to create a whole new category with redundant services, and it's messing with my reports.

  12. Booker gives you the option to drag out/in the calendar's width and length. Boulevard needs this option so you can compress the entire day's schedule into view

  17. In the BLVD DUO app... it times out after a minute, and often messes someone up that is filling out their forms. Is there a way to put in a request to get rid of the time out feature? And if there's not, can we request a longer time out period, more like 5 minutes vs 60 seconds. It has been an ongoing issue for some of our staff and clients to deal with.

  20. We honestly have had to re-pair or reset the Duo reader at least once every two weeks for some reason and each time it is a fairly involved process requiring an owner or manager to be present or tell the staff their login in order to set things up again. It would be awesome if this could be set up just so linking can be done and no changes to the Duo settings like tip amount, etc.
