Email notification when a client books online
It would be amazing if the Manager/Salon received an email notification when a client books an appointment online so whomever is managing the salon and schedule can keep on top of when an appointment is booked online when they are not currently open/at the salon with the dashboard open to see the bell notice. Currently only the provider is notified which doesn't help management with ensuring schedules are correct and all information needed from the client is collected before their appointment if client books online outside of working hours. Offer Reporting Shortcut/Insight
Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.

Apply a gift card balance to full transaction
When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction

It would be great to see who suggested the products to clients. It will help with commission when the clients return and purchase the products.

Payment Method Addition
When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

Automatically Apply Account Credits
We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Thank you

Inventory on hand by selected dates.
Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

Ability to create automated tags
It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.
