  3. My salon 99% uses the professional app and we do not rely on a the dashboard to operate. When viewing a client's history notes, this isn't possible and we do need to use the dashboard. Client history on app please!

  6. Currently, there is not a way to write any disclaimers or notices for online e-gift purchases. I would like the ability to add my own disclaimer. As an example...

    "E-gift / online gift card purchases are non-refundable".

    I'm sure others would very much appreciate this...

  8. being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

  11. We have a lot of staff members and I can only see the first letter of the name. I would like to see the whole alias name when I hover it. Now, I have to click view profile to see who I am choosing. We have a lot of staff members with the same first initial

  18. On the desktop version of Boulevard you can move service providers into a particular order which is awesome but when viewed on the app it is all out of order. Could you please make the schedule order reflect the same in the app or make the schedule order adjustable on the app so we can rearrange service providers? Thank you.

  19. Would be easier to do on calendar once the time block is created. Especially since it tends to start a break like 5 minutes before the hour which is annoying.

When in a booth rental atmosphere, my girls selling retail get a commission for selling, to keep track it would be very helpful if in the sales part when only selling retail there would be a notes part that they could type in their name so I could identify that they sold the product instead of having to keep a list on paper
