  1. When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

  4. We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

  5. Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone

  8. Be able to select a date range in the payment processing report., sometimes the months overlap 1 or 2 days and need to download both months to merge them is extra work.

  9. As of right now, the only time a Prebook or rebook tracks is if the prebooking was done at check-out before collecting payment. It would be helpful to have the option to either go back to "view appointment" and then be able to select a prebook option to set a new prebooked appointment, OR to add a prebooking tick-box when setting an appointment through "new appointment". Lastly, either function should help track the prebook metric.

  12. Integrate an option for clients to check in on their own device once they arrive to their appointment, notifying the service provider of the arrival. This way if there is an intimate service happening and there doors are closed you can still see if your client has arrived and you do not run behind in time. This would be super helpful as we rent out suites for our salon services and we do not have a lobby for our clients to wait within our own spaces

  15. When querying Admin API - Orders query, it would be very helpful if we can filter them by ClientId. Right now if we want to build on our app a logic to display the order history for a client, we have to iterate all the orders, which is a very expensive query.

  16. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

  19. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  20. When clicking on a product in the manage tab and showing the sidebar with sales history there is no year listed. It can look like an item is a hot seller when in fact the sales are all from years ago and it hasn't sold at all recently.
