View an audit log of user actions
It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

It would be helpful to see clients booked under which employee in a drop down list or one page - for team to be able to see when appointments were made or which employee to contact when making appointments or mistakes

The business would like to be able to see a change log within the appointment when service providers are changed.

Why on Earth would anyone think it’s a good idea to allow staff to change their own clock ins/out time stamps?

A log of every message sent and every action made on the client's appointments so we can investigate errors by looking at a detailed history on the account. Unless I am mistaken, there is nowhere to trace amendments made to appointments throughout the life of the record. In addition, a Contact Log entry should appear automatically every time a message is sent to the customer for whatever reason, including automatic reminder emails so that we can see for certain when anything was sent. For instance, if a message fails for any reason, we have no way of knowing.

We need to be able to trace actions made on Boulevard. We request an audit trail that would allow us to see who moved or altered appointments.

We would love to see the Appointment History tab in client profile set up to show their most recent appointment to first appointment. Right now it is the opposite and for some clients we have to scroll through a lot of history to get to their most recent appointment. Thank you - Kaitlyn

We need a button that shows the entire history of an appointment; when it was booked, who booked it, if it was moved, who moved it, reminders sent, deposits etc all in one place. This should be in chronological order.

It would be nice to have the time of the appointment in the client history tab. This helps us know if they normally need evening/morning/afternoon appointments without having to click on each appointment individually.

We just transitioned from Booker and while we are really liking Boulevard so far, there is one feature on Booker that we miss. If there was a way to document and time stamp all appointment activity to include who made what changes that would be really helpful on our end.
I have attached a snip from Booker that has the information that we really find useful.

In Booker when we had a complaint or a problem or a chargeback the appointment history was invaluable in that we could see if we made the appointment wrong or the client did themselves, also the full timedate history of messages, confirmations, booking date, staff changes, etc so we can screenshot to include for chargeback evidence or to show clients who complain that they agreed to terms several times, confirmed several times, etc.
Also there @ icon in booker showed someone booked their own appointment online vs us doing it internally which helped us if the client tried to say the appointment was in wrong or that they booked for a design when they didnt and we dont have time.
