  1. A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

  2. Patients or clients don't know what boulevard is, when a cancellation email is sent out it shows that it is from boulevard, not my business name. This needs to be changed so it looks like its coming from the correct place, the business name, so patients/clients can actually open the email and it can serve its purpose. This has been brought up before here but clearly nothing has changed.

  4. Need to have the option for the Business Service Charge to calculate based on Product Usage Cost. We want to see the cost of the product deduct from the service price and have commission calculate off of that sub-total.

    Example- Botox is $15/unit and want $6.32/unit to be removed and have commission calculate off of that subtotal.

    10 units at $15 = $150.00 minus 10 units at $6.32 = $86.80 (the service subtotal that commission will calculate off of)

  5. For example we prefer the term "enhancements" vs "add ons" and many of our clients get very confused by the "group appointments" option. We wish we could customize what is used there as well as the descriptions.

  6. When a client completes a form, we should get some text or email (similar to if a client arrives or books). All of our forms are essential to our client experience, it’ll be more efficient if we got a notification when they were completed!

Currently, when an appointment is cancelled or a client is marked as a no-show, Boulevard POS handles this by applying a discount to the originally scheduled service in order to reflect the cancellation fee. For example, if a $200 service is missed and a $50 no-show fee applies, the system shows a $150 discount applied to the original $200 service, resulting in a $50 charge.

    Problem with Current Logic:
    This creates several issues:

    Misleading Revenue Reporting:

    The system shows the original service as having occurred (e.g., “Hydrafacial - $200”), when in fact the service was not delivered.

  11. We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

  12. Payroll report that includes Clocked hours

    Services performed with treatment price and commission earned

    Products sold with price and commission

    Tips received (ideally per service or per day)

    Daily totals and overall payout

    This report was essential for reviewing payroll and reconciling provider compensation.

  16. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  17. Create a full Payroll report that includes:

    Commission and tips (like current commission summary)
    Total hours from time clock report
    Bonus points for:
    Method of tracking days off in the report (official days off, not just "days not scheduled")
    area to add adjustments to pay before downloading the report. (for training, paying for discounted services, etc...)

    This one report would be almost everything needed to enter into any payroll system with some basic formatting.

  19. We would like a way to limit the amount of times a service can be performed by provider per day.

    For example, it would be helpful if a service provider can only do 3 deep tissue massages in one shift.
