Add Product Recommendations to Client Profile & Appointment
When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Or at least be able to add the product recommendation to their profile so the front desk knows specifically what was recommended

Time clock day by day totals in report due to overtime calculations
At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.
The process is currently manual…

Improved shared membership functionality and better visibility into sharing member
For shared memberships, we need to present better visibility into the sharing member's actions in terms of which original member's vouchers were used, either on the order, within their client profile, or on voucher redemption reporting. Right now, when a shared member using a voucher, there is no further indication following the transaction as to where that voucher was redeemed.

Ability to edit uploaded pdf's
I would like the ability to edit the name of the uploaded document. Right now the only way to rename an attached file is to redownload it and then upload with a different title.

Pre Authorization of Service amount that goes into effect at the beginning of a cancelation policy
Pre Authorizing the funds on a clients card would insure the stylist gets paid upon cancelation. The current situation leaves the stylist with a "declined" credit card that was placed by he client when making the appointment, thus losing money. The Pre Authorization should go into effect at the beginning of the salons/stylist cancelation policy, and if the Pre Authorization is declined due to any reason including INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, then the appointment can not be made. The PreAuthorization could be "captured" upon check out, or even canceled if the client wants to pay with a different card.

See client notes at a glance on the calendar
See client notes at a glance on the calendar in app and desktop. Easier for all staff to view notes without going into client profile. There should be a clickable option to turn on/off daily client notes.

Gift Card pops Up when client checks out
So often Clients do not remember if they have gift cards and if a gift card came up on their appointment or check out page, we could ask the client if they would like to use whatever they have left.

Add Product Pictures
We need pictures and descriptions next to products. Aside from hair products, we also sell hair accessories and salon merch. We would really benefit from having pictures next to items so we can sell more to our clients.

Remove 🟢green circle fee from all report for anything retail!!! ‼️(IMPORTANT)✅
I really dont understand why Gren Circle Fees go under retail. It throws the numbers off big time. Yesterday it showed that i sold 53 product but really 36 of the 53 were for 🟢fees. A big issue is when I go to pay my State Retail Tax and when I look up the total retail for the month it include green circle. This should be a seperate fee. Not service & Not Retail!

Duration Time to be 0h 0m or ticker for assistant to apply
To allow the duration time for any service to be 0h 0m when working with an assistant to allow client to double book online for services. Also, if you are able to click a check box for assistant for each service. For instance, if the assistant is applying a root color, then the stylist can be doing a haircut/blowdry. Clients can book online for each service for the allotted time of 1h each.

Do not prompt for client confirmation when changing room/resource
When you are editing resource/room assignments, it would be great to just drag and drop without a confirmation message request to client. I understand the need to send edit on STAFF, but not on room assignment.

Prebook Symbol
It would be nice to have a symbol, like the star for new clients, to indicate that they have prebooked. So when we look at the appointment, theres a way to see that they are a prebook.

Customer's corporate clients get a dollar amount added to their account every month. They need an automated way of applying $500 account credit every quarter.

Filter client list by last appointment without including clients that are already scheduled in the future
Helpful for marketing campaigns to win back clients. Currently clients filtered by last appointment (i.e. last appointment 6 months ago) will also include clients who already have appointments on the books coming up. The ability to filter these out would allow partners to create buyback campaigns for those clients which are not scheduled at all.
