  1. The change in Duo payment flow completely caught us off guard and confused us and our clients for the first few checkouts. It turns out the update was announced in the changelog the day before, but the changelog is decently hidden and you have to be looking for changes to find it.

    It is possible to show the pop ups as we were bombarded for a week with the Quickbooks integration announcement.

    Can we have a similar pop up for any changes that directly impact daily operations like changing the checkout flow?

  2. The business would like the ability to reset or a delete all feature for the waitlist. They said they have 1000 plus clients on the waitlist and would like be to able to start from scratch or rest the list at any given time.

  5. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

  8. Allow creating a draft of an existing form for editing. I tried to update a form and wanted to take my time with edits and created a copy of the form. Once I went live with the new form it applied it to every guest even if they already completed the old version.

    It would be useful to have some method of working on a draft of an existing form that can then be re-issued as the current form so it isn't sent to guests that have already completed it. (only sent out once to each person)

  9. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.

  10. Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

  17. In the Booking Widget, any add-on services listed for a base service are under the title "Add-On Services" but the business would like to change the title of that section. The business would also like to have a description for this section.

    The ability to customize title and description of "Add-On Services" would allow the business' menu verbiage to be more cohesive and to promote / guide / instruct clients on what / how / why to book.

  18. I'd love the option to still offer group appointments for online booking, but only for groups of 2-3.

    Right now we will sometimes get larger groups 4/5/6+ booking online which not only gets complicated, but we also have a separate process internally for larger groups.
