  1. Sometimes tags are not relevant to one or the other but staff will choose them since they seem appropriate, which then may cause unintentional downstream activity.

    Example tags that staff put on appointments that should only be allowed as client tags: allergies, language barrier, always late, has previously no showed, extremely picky, big tipper, has disability, friends or family, etc.

  3. Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

  5. Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00

    Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

  7. Can you please make exporting reports to excel store numbers as numbers and not as text. Your exports do not preserve the format of data from the reports for numbers and you have to manually convert everything from text to numbers.

  12. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

  15. At current the notes of messages end with dot dot dot if it is too long, but I do not believe staff are thinking ever that means there is more. I think they assume the clients or note just end abruptly with “…” because that is the way it was written. I think it would be useful if it either opened the full message when clicked or had a more obvious GUI element to denote that there is more besides being plain text “…”

When I'm adding a new client, I start with the phone number (since names you can misspell, but phone numbers are easier to input so our staff start with that) and once I type the number and click "create new client" the phone number auto fills into the FIRST NAME field instead of "MOBILE", you'd think the system is smart enough to distinguish names and numbers and fill them into the right field automatically. But no. And when you go to delete the phone number from the first name field, it EXITS the client profile screen altogether and now you…

  17. It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

  19. The change in Duo payment flow completely caught us off guard and confused us and our clients for the first few checkouts. It turns out the update was announced in the changelog the day before, but the changelog is decently hidden and you have to be looking for changes to find it.

    It is possible to show the pop ups as we were bombarded for a week with the Quickbooks integration announcement.

    Can we have a similar pop up for any changes that directly impact daily operations like changing the checkout flow?

  20. The business would like the ability to reset or a delete all feature for the waitlist. They said they have 1000 plus clients on the waitlist and would like be to able to start from scratch or rest the list at any given time.
