  1. Right now there is no way to book someone for a consultation.

    What I do is "block time" then enter a description of "Consultation - Jane Doe", & then I also book a "miscellaneous appointment" so that the client will get something on their end.
    Simply adding "Consultation" to the list of options would be a great help.
    It would also look a lot cleaner than these two chunks side by side, & it would save time, & it would be more legible.

  2. love that you have a report that shows a snapshot of our week. could we please include a column that shows what our service charges were so we can better figure out our potential pay for the week

  3. Sometimes all you have to do is make a note and be done. So how about we just open up our client, click their name and the ADD A NEW INTERNAL NOTE is right there???? how wonderful, skip the scroll till yrs past.... save the time!

  4. I am in need of a way to deduct the merchant fees from tips for stylists that are renters. We aren't able to use separate merchant accounts because I also take a small percentage for miscellaneous overhead and using separate accounts doesn't allow for that commission deduction. It would make it easier to just have it auto-deducted instead of me having to calculate that every pay period.

  5. Right now if a client has multiple accounts and they don't make passwords for one account but did for the other email, we have no idea which one should be the primary to merge. Also we have no way of knowing what emails are tied to accounts

  6. It would be nice to allow a client to book two of the same service under one appointment without having to make it a group booking. For example, if we have a parent that wants to bring their 2 kids in to the salon at the same time for a cut they can't book both their children in the same appointment because the system only allows you to book one service per appointment. Would be nice to have the feature where you could book 2 of the same service!

  8. When you are creating a new appointment it would be good have other options on the Referral Drop Down list. This would enable us to capture how many appointments are being booked because people are calling the store direct, vs booking on-line or the Stylist Self-booking

  11. When using a VOIP the caller ID function does not work. For example, Google Voice, the caller ID will only show your google voice number.

  12. Is there a way to not list the services that a Staff Role (Or Privilige Group) does not provide while selecting services for an appointment? We have hair, nails, waxing, brows, lashes, skin care at the same salon. We can type in a service but would be so much easier to have a limited choice.

  13. Being able to pull one report for all staff even if they work at more then one location. We have many staff members who rotate locations and having to pull each dash separately is difficult.

  14. When we book clients for multiple people, when we check out, currently it does not allow you to separate and check out one person at a time. This can be easily remedied if BLVD would allow us to delete the non-relevant service(s) without deleting it totally off the calendar.

  16. When printing receipts, the pop up window doesn't close after you click the print button. If you don't close it manually (or the stylist is busy and forgets) it can cause the system to freeze or not allow certain functions to operate correctly.

  17. my ical only shows one appointment time per appointment. if a client has an 11am lash appt, and a 12pm brow appt - on my ical it will only show 1 of the appointments and not the full range of time. sometimes the first, sometimes the second. so that i have to cross reference boulevard daily to confirm my correct start times for appointments. a seamless ical integration for multiple client appts per client would be beneficial.

  20. Currently shows strange selection of staff which appear to be staff that were working same as originating date, which is probably the least helpful view.

    A power-user feature would be when opening a new day, to show originating staff, mark as not working and show context jumps to days that are nearby (Blank is working +2 days on Tuesday and +3 days on Wednesday. Then also show the columns of staff that ARE working that day and highlight the staff that this particular client has previously been in with.
