  2. When printing receipts, the pop up window doesn't close after you click the print button. If you don't close it manually (or the stylist is busy and forgets) it can cause the system to freeze or not allow certain functions to operate correctly.

  3. my ical only shows one appointment time per appointment. if a client has an 11am lash appt, and a 12pm brow appt - on my ical it will only show 1 of the appointments and not the full range of time. sometimes the first, sometimes the second. so that i have to cross reference boulevard daily to confirm my correct start times for appointments. a seamless ical integration for multiple client appts per client would be beneficial.

  6. Currently shows strange selection of staff which appear to be staff that were working same as originating date, which is probably the least helpful view.

    A power-user feature would be when opening a new day, to show originating staff, mark as not working and show context jumps to days that are nearby (Blank is working +2 days on Tuesday and +3 days on Wednesday. Then also show the columns of staff that ARE working that day and highlight the staff that this particular client has previously been in with.

    So you'd like to reschedule for this Friday, so sorry it…

  7. Example, staff member goes on leave of absence, appointments for this provider must be cancelled. Then business hires or extends hours to another provider. Going through the cancellation list to manually see which appointments can be salvaged is possible but would be easier if the format was filter-able by date of appt and service provider.

  9. When clients do not confirm their appointment, they don't show up and we lose the slot to fill for other clients. I want to be able to toggle off the option to confirm their appointments.

  10. Right now once you get to 25 notifications, that is all you see. I would love the option to see more than 25 notifications in the alert area.

  11. Confirmation emails to include the service provider's name. This will help us prevent last-minute confusion or cancellations for clients who intended to book with another provider, or a provider of a certain gender.

  12. Some barbers are not getting texts or notifications once clients check in until 10-15 minutes later... This causes barbers to fall behind if SC is busy and unaware that the barber didn't get the notification.

  13. As a spa owner, I want to constantly give high end service to our clients as well as make things efficient for my front desk staff. If there was an area where we could save and easily access robe size, shoe size, drink preference and custom fields...it would elevate the clients experience as well as help me run a more efficent business. I'm sure the salon side would also benefit from other feilds and/or custom field options.

  15. We are wanting to book an appointment for a certain number of weeks from an existing appointment that is not today's date. The system keeps bringing us back to today's date instead.

  16. There is a group appointment scheduled, everyone to start at 1:00 pm as an example. 3 customers - all getting regular manicures. They also have 5 minute transition times built in. When I go into the appointment to cancel the transition times, the software automatically changes everyone's service time to the following: Person1 - regular manicure at 1:00 pm; Person2 - regular manicure at 1:30 pm; Person3 - regular manicure at 2:00 pm. All of the manicures should still be at 1:00 pm, but the software automatically adjusts the appointments to be one right after the other depending on the…

  18. Right now when im booking a new appointment, the time I want to book should be an option on that first window. Instead I have to 'confirm time' then edit. Alot of extra steps that should just be in the first window

  19. When I'm checking a client out, I tap on there name to add the credit card to profile, once done i then have to exit out of the checkout window and start fresh for the card on file to appear. I'd like to be able to put the card on file and go back into the existing transaction and the new card on file automatically appear

  20. When running payroll, ideally there'd be a simplified report with all timeclocks on one sheet - currently when you export to excel, each provider gets their own sheet... Is there a simplified report I'm missing?
