  1. In which clients (or front desk) book the appointment and the appointments go into a feed that insert the appointments to the available times throughout the day but have no attached requested staff and are horizontally transferable. This column (working slightly like a resource) would have its own service prices that the performing service provider simply inherits for that appointment when an appointment gets assigned to them. Clients would book these "free agent" type blocks and receive confirmation the day before of whom and when their appointment exactly would be.   2. It would be SOOOO helpful to have a report that shows guest names that purchases with timeframes that we select. For example, we run promotions and I would love to run a report that I can enter the timeframe where it shows me the guests that purchase X number of products and what they purchased within that period.

  3. Clients are constantly replying to us for rescheduling or moving appts and when they reply yes it is automatically replied to and closed. It causes more issues and client confusion

  4. Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

  11. Numerous salons, including ours, receive requests for consultations. For tracking end conversion purposes, there should be options to create not only a client profile, but also a prospect profile. For purposes of marketing through bulk email options like MailChimp or constant contact, etc.

  12. Adding a heart upon booking has to be done manually each time when a client calls in or books a future appointment in person at checkout. We always have to double check and ask if they want to be seen by a specific provider and its very easy to forget or not see previous "hearted" appointments. When clients book online and select a heart or when we manually add a heart it should automatically link to future appointments until it is removed or we manually acknowledge that its done as an override.

  14. We have several products with similar SKUs (for example: CANDLE8 and CANDLE14). When scanning these SKUs for checkout, the CANDLE8 won't auto populate the product, it makes me choose between the 8 and the 14. If the SKU exactly matches a SKU in the system it should default to that product rather than forcing a manual manual choice between the products.

  15. Instead of the service providers being listed alphabetically, it would be much easier to check openings for specific services within a department if they were listed by department versus in ABC order.

Mandatory for service providers to write in what they did for the client of their appointment so we have recorded progress or in a big salon with multiple service providers, it would decrease miscommunication and expectations when subsituting for someone with their client while it will start training people to be better communicators and attentiveness of clients

  17. ...I think it would be more useful to have them at longer intervals like 6 hours each or even twice a day and provide the option to select the report to be prioritized as the next to get refreshed. I imagine that most businesses do not use the BETA reports feature on a basis of needing information from the current day. In this case, decreasing interval of refreshing would have little impact to businesses, but to provide an option to skip all the scheduled refreshes to the queue of locations needing a refresh on a particular report (or all) would…

  18. You're currently unable to see your history with a client, it only shows the most recent history for the client themselves. This isn't helpful if it has been a long time since a service provider has seen a client, because the initial interactions will be potentially off-putting (i.e. "Nice to meet you" versus "Nice to see you again!").

  19. We are a sauna, our service providers are sauna cabins, so leaving a tip to the person cashing you out would be a great option. As well, there is no option to leave a tip for purchasing a product. We are about to move to a larger retail section and it would really be appreciated for clients to be able to tip the people that helped them.

  20. It would be nice if there was a button to close out the week or 4 day view. When you click on the week you have to go back to the filters to get back to where you were.
