  11. This software locks in payment for one person in a group booking once a deposit is taken. We literally got a bad review because the group was so annoyed with not being able to split their ticket at checkout. They were offended we suggested Venmo but what else are we supposed to do if BLVD doesn't offer this flexibility? Splitting tickets is a standard expectation, if restaurants can do it, BLVD can!

  12. It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.

  13. I had one client booked for with two different stylists in the same day. When I went to check them out, I had to ring them up separately (i.e. ring up services with one stylist first, then with the other as a separate transaction). I would love to be able to do this all in one transaction.

  16. In the old platform my work used, we were able to upload client's info, despite something like an e-mail address being invalid, which would allow the information to be saved. It would be really nice to be able to update and save the CT's information, despite there being something wrong in their information, like the email. As it stands now, I'm unable to update some CT's info due to invalid information which, truthfully, is more than frustrating. Whilst on that subject, our old program altered us when it was someone's birthday so we could apply a b-day discount at check…

  17. Often times there are the same functions between the manage & settings tabs - combining these into one tab would help us not have to flip flop between the two to find what we are looking for as they sometimes serve the same purpose, but sometimes have different options!

  19. ... no obvious or easy way to see the appt which in some cases would even be confirmed. The client will have the future appt on their client profile as scheduled appts. The client will actually receive reminder and confirmation messages for the appts too. The client will have the concept that their appt is set at that time AND with the terminated service provider (deactivated). Then the business will potentially have a trainwreck to quickly deal with it if they can.

  20. I have had several Different kinds of scheduling software and never ever have I had an Issue where a canceled appt or a rescheduled appointment be sent a reminder. It's unbelievable this is happening. How unprofessional it makes us look when we have people show up for appointments because they are confused.
