  1. It would be SO useful if we could hide or deactivate tags without completely deleting them. We have so many old tags on client profiles because there's a chance they might be useful later and so we don't want to completely delete them, but most of the time they are just cluttering profiles and appointments.

  2. When someone isn't quite ready to book, but says that they'd want to in Next month, we should have the option to mark it in a way where it notifies the admin team to check in on the first day of the next month.

    Additionally, the system should be surfacing the most likely to book at any given time and reminding us to check in with them.

  3. When editing an employee schedule, you can change a single day. When completing the change the schedule for all upcoming shifts on that same day of the week. The problem is, the system doesn't just update upcoming shifts, it updates every <day> for eternity with the new schedule. The logic should change to only update the already scheduled shifts, OR the statement should be changed to read "apply this change to all <days>"

  4. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  6. A search bar for the Suppliers section would allow quick and easy access to Supplier information, especially for businesses who have high eCommerce / retail volume.

    Other businesses may choose to use this section as an 'address book' / rolodex for storing other partner information who may not explicitly be retail-related.

  7. Create an auto-apply rule or toggle option that can be 1 click to apply to all offers. For example, offer codes should not be applied to anything in the Add on category. Once we update that in 1 offer, we'd like to be able to apply to all other offers in 1 click

  8. I have another service that is a text svc (numa) that you can connect to the Google chat. I am sure you could do the same to blvd. It would be great to have those folks under one hub. We currently have the google chat turned off as it is just one more thing to monitor, but if it went directly to our dash that would be fantastic.

  10. Being able to toggle off Apps & Integrations setup for users would be great. We had a recent issue where a staff member created a Zapier integration sending client information to a Google Drive. Please have the ability to disable Apps & Integrations for specific users.

  11. The Blue "update available" bar is super helpful to let us know when new features are available, or to make sure we are using the latest data.

    Unfortunately it covers some of the needed navigation features in the form builder.

    Could the bar be made to come in above the normal screen (pushing everything down) instead of over top of it? That way the navigation features are available to ensure our forms are properly saved before refreshing the page.

  13. If a client has a recurring monthly membership charge it would be nice if they got a reminder text after a certain number of vouchers accumulate in their account. Once they have four or five it becomes hard to catch up and use them all.

  14. When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction

If you set up your reward program that 5000 points gets you $25, you should default to only redeeming the 5000 for $25...even if the client has 5500 points...then they can roll the 500 extra points toward earning the next $25. As a slon we do not want to ever give more than $25 at a time, it is cost prohibitive. Also, the $25 hit should be taken by the salon, NOT the provider.

  17. “Group appointments” implies that there is more than one person getting services. “Multiple Services” however means it could be one person getting more than one service. Being a nail salon, it’s an important distinction because our clients aren’t able to book themselves a mani AND pedi at the same time unless they select the current “group” option. Causes confusion and frustration for us and our clients who don’t understand the BLVD booking system yet.

  19. Currently the Cancellation Log only loads data from the past two weeks once the Staff Member filter is applied. Adding the load more button will provide the ability to broaden the search past those two weeks and make cancellation audits by staff member much easier.
