  1. Being able to search the Account Balance Report by date. It only displays in real time now. It would be very helpful to know your client balance liabilities at the end of the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

  2. I don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the fact that every time I switch tabs from calendar view to front desk view it does not keep me on the day I am currently looking at. Is there a way to opt out of it always showing "Today"?

  4. you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

  6. employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…

  8. Currently our estheticians do microneedling but need a provider to do the blood draw and prepare the PRP. Currently the front desk has to go through and manually block time for the provider. It would be helpful if the system would allow one provider for the main service and a different provider for the service add on.

  10. We often place temporary blocks while we are waiting to hear back from clients, and it would be helpful to be able to search for "BLOCK" to see all those instances.

    We also do weddings, but on occasion a wedding appointment gets lost in the shuffle. So we would like to be able to search "Wedding" to see all upcoming wedding appointments.

When adding a location to an existing provider &/or when making adjustments to service customizations it would be great if the service settings could be set at the employee level instead of the location level as their assignability, pricing and timing remains the same across locations for the most part.

  15. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  16. Our clients are getting SO FRUSTRATED having to re-type their name, DOB and that date on every form at check-in. These should really auto-populate once assigned to the client. I know it's definitely possible, as I created out forms on Form Designer on our old software and those auto-populated.

  18. UNIQUE discount code that can only be used ONE time, ability to create a code like a referral code that is unique to a person that can only be used once. Imagine you can gift something like an IV to a friend

  19. Boulevard should enable an option to restrict provider availability to Established Patients ONLY, preventing New Patients from booking while still allowing ongoing care for existing ones.
    I feel that an option like this would significantly help many providers keep their good established patients, while allowing new patients to book with other in-office providers and help build up their clientele as well!

  20. The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.
