Change "Add $80 - $190" to Add Service to Cart
We would like to see the book button change from: "Add $80-$195" to "Add Service to Cart" or "Add Woman's Haircut" or "Add Woman's Haircut with <Stylist's Name>".
We believe "Add $80-$195" confuses the Guest even more as to price.

Ability to hide prices for certain services for booking online as they are internal values and not for client's to know!
- Let's say a client has 5 vouchers for service X that they purchased for $1000
- Service X costs:
** Stylist A, $150
** Stylist B, $200
** Stylist C, $215- The externally shown value should either not be viewable or an ability to show a mock amount on these services, in this case they would all show as $200 and then when rang up on the commission report they would "discount" to the proper amount which in some cases may even be POSITIVE discounting.
Right now online booking shows the internal values which is NOT good for the clients to…

Show all locations on booking widget even if some don't have online booking
We don't want online booking available at some of our locations, but want prospective clients to know those locations exist when they're looking at the website to book. Would like to have the option to have that location show on the widget and when a Client clicks on the location there would be a note telling them online booking is unavailable and to please call in to book

Allergy content from Client Profile -> History to show on the quick view of the appointment on Front Desk
This would allow the aestheticians to see all potential allergic interactions with product on the client ticket quick view on the ticket. It's quick access. I hope that made sense!

Have the calendar be "smart" enough to not revert to present date...
...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.
See video for explanation and steps to recreate issue.
At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

Currently you have to refresh each time for an appointment tag to be updated on the Calendar view

E mail Campaign
Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

Remind Clients they are only seeing Chosen Provider's availability
When on the Select Service Time page of the overlay there should be a visual reminder that the client is only seeing availability of the Chosen provider and maybe a reminder that they can change providers to see more availability

Date of appointment missing from cancellation text notification
We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

b. The goal is for the front-end to be seamless for Front Desk and Client, one ticket, one credit card swipe.

Product adjustment / shrinkage report
With our past software(s), there is usually a place to enter in the actual count during the physical month end inventory, record and print.
The report would reflect:- on hand inventory count prior to the updates
- count currently being updated to
- count difference
- cost value of products being adjusted (whether under or over)
- ability to print/save report

closing multiple text conversations at a time
being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

The name pop up when you hover over it
We have a lot of staff members and I can only see the first letter of the name. I would like to see the whole alias name when I hover it. Now, I have to click view profile to see who I am choosing. We have a lot of staff members with the same first initial
