  7. We have had several guests who are confused about what adding themselves to the waiting list means. (thinking it is actually an appointment, etc...)

    It would be helpful if we had somewhere in the online booking settings to have a custom message about the wait list, and what adding yourself to it means.

  8. When a client self books an appointment, have the system collect the CVC Code to the credit card. Then make the information integrate into our computer system. The information isn't saved on our end. So, if a client no-shows we can't charge them accordingly.

  12. A problem of sending a message to one client under a profile is that it gets shown later as a different client or the wrong one. Would be great to show on dashboard that the message thread is with all three clients by showing all their names and denoting that these clients are using the same number.

  14. Change state of appointment in calendar view like front desk view. Currently, there are only "arrived" and "checkout" icons. A new icon for "active" would be helpful.

For example when there are 10 add-ons for each facial and we have 10 different facials I have to manually add each add on to each facial so either have them pre populate and just be able to check a box that we want them to be added or be able to create a group of "facial add-on's" to make adding them more efficient

  16. Clients would like the ability to assign intake forms for specific stylists. For example: "We have 'new talent' in our salon and the customers of our 'new talents' have to sign apprentice forms acknowledging the discounts, etc. I know in the manage-->forms application you can add forms, etc but not assign them to specific stylists."

  17. when drilling into a service you can turn it on/off for being bookable online but an icon would be helpful when browsing the list to see what is on/off the online menu.

  19. Rather than a cancellation for reporting purposes and statistics. Also would cut down on an unnecessary email of cancellation.

    Unsure if this is part of the flow for the client, but if the process is cancel and then make a new appointment, perhaps the ability for clients to self reschedule as long as the appointment is beyond the confirmation windows of 2/3 days SMS/email.

  20. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...
