  1. It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

  3. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

  6. It will be great that the BOH is able to upload image to each of the retail product so that the front desk is able to skim through the inventory list easier when client want to make a purchase

  7. We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!

  8. When client buys a package/membership online, send email on how to redeem afterwards and on the final "Review Your Booking" page, there should be a button saying "Book your next appt"

  12. Memberships for those businesses that sell them are a HIGH priority sale. The online booking tool puts them at the bottom of the service list right now. They should be at the top so people can see that they can get a better deal on combining services into a membership. It's lost today at the bottom and we do not see any purchases for them.

  14. Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees. For example, if there's a $4,200 deposit, she wants to pull a report that shows the $4,000 sales and $200 interest/gateway fees. Booker uses Payrock for their payment processing, their reporting matched the total transactions each day and it included the…
