Make the placeholder text editable
as a medical office we use the same wording for alot of our charting but need to edit patient specific portions of the text. we use the placeholder when making our chart notes but would like it to be editable once were in the actual note using it. as it is set up right now it is an all or nothing text.
i know we could use the "commonly used" phrases you just started but there is a max of 1000 characters which isnt long enough for us.
overall it would be nice to have the placeholder be editable.

precision booking tweak
I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.
Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

Pull information from profile for intake form
When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

Stylists need to receive text or email notifications whenever a client changes their appointment.
Add it onto the list of notifications that stylists are able to choose from. The only option now is if a client books a new appointment or cancels.

Ability to create spending requirements for Offers
Ability to set an offer to require a client to spend a certain amount or purchase a certain quantity of a specific product, from a list of products, or from a particular brand to unlock a percentage off, receive a free product, or get a dollar discount. Eg. Spend X, Get Y promotions.

We NEED to have an option to mark the messages as un-read if opened.
There has to be a way to mark messages as un-read if they are opened. We have providers who use messaging to follow up with pts post treatments. If the front desk accidentally opens up the messages the providers arent able to see the original notification that their patient responded. This is happened all the time and needs to get resolved for continuous patient care.

Concerning membership renewal, please add an option to renew every 28 days instead of monthly on the start date.
We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

test mode before a change is made
being able to see/test changes our team makes before they are officially live for customers. For example, if we change the order of some of the pages or change some of the copy, would we be able to test it internally before the changes appear on the customer side?

Have the ability to sell a "Spa Day" package online
If we sell a Spa Day package which includes a hydrotherapy session, a massage, and a facial - have the ability to sell and then book online! With a seamless experience.

reminder to book for members
Would like to see a marketing feature that will automatically send members a reminder to book based on the type of membership. Each membership will need to be setup in a way the reminder goes out at different time frames.

Inventory depletion based on appt type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc.
We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.
